Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups dry red wine
- 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 head garlic ; chopped
- 2 onions ; thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons thyme
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 4 pounds beef brisket or rump roast
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
